We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is damaged or incorrect.

If Your Product Arrives Damaged
If you happen to receive a damaged item, don’t worry, we’re here to help.
To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow these steps:
1.Contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product.
2.Provide us with an unboxing video of the package, showing the damage clearly.
(This helps us assess the issue quickly and provide the right solution.)
3.Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details if needed.
4.Once your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.
👉 Please note: The final decision regarding replacements is made with care and at our sole discretion, but our aim is always to find the best solution for you.
Colour Disclaimer
We do our best to showcase accurate product images. However, please keep in mind that:
•Colours may vary slightly due to device screen settings, lighting, and natural variations in product finishes.
•Small differences in shades (e.g., types of “white” or “wood finish”) are common and not considered faults.
•Minor scratches or texture variations are not eligible for returns unless they are genuine factory defects.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that slight variations in colour or design may occur.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Mistakes are rare, but if we ship the wrong product or incorrect quantity, please contact our support team within 2 days of receiving your order.
We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive the correct items.
RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times.
If the parcel is returned to us (RTO) because of missed deliveries or other reasons, here’s what will happen:
•You will need to pay the minimum shipping fee again.
•Once we receive the RTO parcel, we will re-ship it to you on a date coordinated with you.
